Clearly somewhat physically underdeveloped for his 19 years, Gross lacks muscular strength in virtually every area.
We will need to investigate developing an appropriate diet and exercise regime to help him address his deficiencies.

Moreover, now that he has joined a single sex anvironment where the opportunity to examine and compare other boys bodies is widespread, Gross has become aware of him own poor physical development and, while he accepts our assurances that work in the gymnasium will benefit his general body tone, he has become very concerned about his compartively undersized genitalia.

After taking careful measurements, I have tried to reassure him that he lies within the normal statistical range for teenage boys but, sadly, to little avail.

I have thefore, somewhat against my better judgement, shown him a few basic techniques that are often said to stimulate growth. Although I personally regard these in general as discredited old wives tales, I consider that at least Gross will thereby feel reassured that we are doing something on his behalf.

I have therefore been initially counselling the boy on the best way to use manual stimulation to actieve his desired aim, work that requires a good degree of practical hands on demonstration.

I have also touched (quite literally, in this case!) on the important role played by the prostate gland in aclieving maximum genital arousal and size.

As such, it was theresore necessary to conduct rather more detailed measurements and to collect data with the greatest care and precision.

Suffice it to say for now that, on the basis of his initial examination, Zichmanis has responded with enthusiasm to the wide range of both physicial and mental stimul to which I subjected him.
